Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Each flower press is handmade in small batches, so during busy periods processing may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times & Rates
- United States: 3–7 business days — Free shipping on orders over $50
- Standard shipping: $4.95 for orders under $50
- Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships, not the day it's placed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive it. You can track your order anytime using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us atflovewer.com@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the delivery address.
Delays
While we do everything we can to deliver on time, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days, please reach out and we'll look into it right away.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us and we'll do our best to help.
